1. Services and Products Offered Wanted Art Gallery offers various artworks, some of which are customizable or exclusive, meaning only one piece is available. If an artwork is displayed but is no longer available, we strive to update the availability as soon as possible.
2. Payment Terms We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card, EPS, Bancontact, iDEAL, and Bizum Payment must be made in full before shipping.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Spain: 2 to 7 business days
- Europe and the rest of the world: 2 to 12 business days We will keep you informed about the shipping status.
- Shipping Costs: Costs vary based on delivery address and package dimensions.
- Shipping Partners: We use DHL, FedEx, and TNT for delivery.
4. Return Policy Due to the nature of the artworks, we generally do not accept returns unless the artwork significantly differs from the description or is damaged upon arrival. If you believe there is an issue, contact us within 5 days of receiving the artwork with photos. Refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If an artwork is damaged, contact us within 5 days and provide photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. These are required for insurance purposes. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
5. Custom or Personalized Artwork Custom or personalized artworks cannot be returned or canceled.
6. Product Guarantees Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity from the artist, valid for as long as the certificate indicates. This guarantees the artwork’s originality.
7. Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be canceled as artworks may be shipped the same day.
8. Customer Accounts Customers must create an account to place an order. Password protection is required to secure accounts. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
9. Website Usage Restrictions The content on this website, including images and texts, may not be copied. Users are prohibited from unauthorized reproduction or use of any website materials.
