1. Acceptance of Returns Returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of the artworks. Customers typically purchase art because they find it aesthetically pleasing, and it serves no functional purpose beyond that. However, if an artwork is significantly different from the description or arrives damaged, returns may be considered.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted if the artwork is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, and if the request is made within 5 days of receipt.
- Ineligible Products: Customized or personalized artworks cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Return Process
- Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the artwork. In the case of damage, clear photos of the artwork, as well as the inner and outer packaging, are required.
- Return Approval: A return must be approved before the artwork is sent back.
4. Refunds
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
- Refund Amount: Only the cost of the product is refunded; shipping costs are not included.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact us within 5 days and provide photos of the damage, including the packaging. We will assess the situation and work with the customer to find a suitable solution, which may involve a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.
6. Exchanges Exchanges are not accepted. Returns are handled solely under the conditions stated above.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Delays: If there are delays in delivery, we will keep the customer informed.
- Lost Shipments: In case of a lost shipment, we will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.
8. International Returns Returns are not accepted from outside Europe. Within Europe, returns are only accepted under the conditions that the artwork is significantly different from the description or arrives damaged.
